at January 28th, 2023, AIChE ITS SC held their first officer upgrading with a topic “Elevating The Organization’s Events”. This material presented by Mr. Giodio Mitaart from Collective Mind and lasted for less or more 1.5 hours. By participating in this officer upgrading, participants are expected to analyze some of organization’s events and evaluate it to be a more meaningful event, not only just to fulfill the KPI of each work programs. One of the best method to concepting an event is OKR which stands for Objective and Key results. To realizing about OKR, the participants were divided into several breakout rooms to do a study case to analyze and find out a way to overcome the competitors’ events.
